Programme for Action Immanuel 2011 |

Action Immanuel is the time of the year where we want to underline all the outreaches that we did throughout the year. Some of the outreaches and events are for the people with whom we have built relationships wthin the past year, and others are simply to serve the city and the different communities. With everything we do we want to see that people experience that it’s Jesus who reaches out with love towards them.

Baie ure in 'n mens se ryding verseker dat 'n mens jou toevlug neem tot die radio. Dan, soos dit nou maar gaan, spring jy van een stasie na 'n ander. "Die minimum en maksimum temperature..." - tog net nie weer die weerberig nie; "Tonight is the night to be out on town..." - ek werk vanaand, wat help dit om te luister na al die plesierighede; "We don't care, we just don't care..." - John Legend, hy's goed, maar nie nou nie... en so spring ek van een stasie na die ander. Die prediker preek verwoed, die Klassieke musiek speel luid en ewe skielik 'n inbelprogram, met 'n holruggeryde tema - Hoe lank neem vroue om hulle gereed te kry vir 'n aandjie uit? Ek luister, want ek hoop vir 'n vars briesie of dalk nuwe invalshoek op hierdie tema... Ek is geskok. Duidelik is ek in die old school. Of meer nog, duidelik is ek in THE OLDEST school.
